HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS! Pretended not to understand English, and even ignore me once I told them it was incorrect. I called in an hour prior and asked if I could set an appointment for 630. I came in and told them that I needed a removal and full set. I even showed them a picture of what I would like instead of her telling me that she didn’t have the materials to achieve the look in the picture she decided to do her own thing. I asked for.OMBRE. Last Sunday, I went to this nail salon, I requested to get a French tip design and the nail tech wanted to do it her own way. I didn't wanna be rude so I let her do it her way, my request was a V shape design French tip. After I told her she didn't like the idea of what type of nails I wanted, she did it her own way. I also requested a silver line as a part of my design, She didn't end up doing the line in the middle, but she did the V shape. Turned out to be a very Horrible job, I can see thru my nail, of how bad she did the tips. She was also talking bad about me, to the other nail techs, in their language.

I went here to get a pedicure. I have never in my life been so dissatisfied I had The nail polish outside my nails because it was gel. It was hard to get off not only that my nails look horrible. I rarely complain, but this was so bad I had to speak up. I am never going to go back.
