“I worked with Jacques to build a hood vent cover. It’s the focal point of my new kitchen and needed to be a showstopper. We went with simple, but substantial corbels to frame the cooktop and I added a custom brass band that goes perfectly with my cabinet hardware and faucet. My kitchen looks amazing thanks to this piece! Once we got the ball rolling, the process of working with Jacques was seamless. The vent fit perfectly and the cover was easy to anchor to the wall. The workmanship is great and the curves look beautiful! Because I’m local, Jacques even delivered the hood vent and corbels to my house for me! “My husband and I used Studio Stratton to remodel our kitchen and dining room in La Mesa. But, beyond that Lance and Marcie guided us through the entire demolition and rebuilding process. I grew up in San Diego in the 1970's and we wanted our kitchen to have a modern but 70's vibe. Lance and Marcie celebrated our odd request and we all had so much fun choosing cabinets and finishes. “Our experience with Kitchens Plus has been 100% positive. The showroom has a small footprint, but they packed more in than all of the big places we went to. So many options for cabinetry, tile, backsplashes, etc. The designer listened to us and made helpful suggestions. The build team was extremely thorough, measuring things carefully, double checking their work, and adjusting plans as needed. The project manager was clear, always making sure we knew what was going to happen each day. The builders were great at their jobs and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The job was done ahead of schedule and the work is beautiful! We will be working with Kitchens Plus again on a bathroom refresh. We did a full home remodel many years 35 years ago with a different company and it was rough. This was a difference between night and day. We loved our experience with Kitchens Plus.“
