“We had Sean come out and give us a quote on a mini split system for our office, once we signed he set a date and the guys were there for an install within a couple of weeks. Once summer hit my new unit had an issue I called Sean and he immediately had Joel aka the wolf and Jeff out to fix the issue. “First of all.... WOW. My AC went out on Monday, July 24, 2023 and every company that I called was booked solid for a week.At 2:30am on 7/26/23 I was going through other vendors on Yelp and stumbled upon Duct Dynasty. I put in a request, hoping to hear from them during normal business hours, and low and behold Brian reached out to me at 6:45am. He was able to call me and was at my house at 10:30 (between appointments) for what we hoped would be a quick job! He, and his wife Liz, worked in a heatwave+humid as all get-out, and had my AC up and running in about 20 minutes (give or take).They had the best rate ($150/hour, with a 1 hour minimum), with no requirement to do a pre-diagnostic. He was able to diagnose and repair all in the same amount of time.They are also actively quoting us a new unit, as our current unit is not kind to the California electricity costs (and made in 1996). They have already given me a ton of options of where we could go, I have never felt better about this new, budding relationship! Thank you so much Brian (and Lizz)“

“I had this Company come to replace my coil in 2020 and replace my thermostat controller. They came and installed it, very responsibly priced. I had been shopping around and they beat out the other Companies. Recently the thermostat controller went out they came replaced under warranty just had to pay for labor since it was about 4 years old. I also had them tune up AC unit. They are my go to Company. Great Value and Quality work at reasonable prices.“

“Stephen, a Semper HVAC technician, did an excellent job when he came out this morning to inspect our AC system and change the filter. He also figured out the cause of the occasional slight burning smell we reported to him and was able to tell us that it was from the UV light that's part of the system, which was a relief. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, careful, and polite, and he took the initiative to research the potential problem odor online. “I was having a problem with my commercial freezer and had two other specialists tell me two different things regarding the diagnosis. I called Michael Fryman Refrigeration of Ramona , CA and spoke with the owner, Michael ,who made everything clear. Not only did he take his time trying to help me with the diagnosis, he helped me to realize I had already wasted $500 on incorrect diagnoses. SO he recommended a new approach and saved me at least another $1000 on further loss. I was so impressed with Michael being so helpful without taking a penny from me which is rare in this day and age.
