“We are in the San Diego area after towing the RV trailer down from Washington State for warmer weather. The first few days of traveling were in a bad winter storm; ice, freezing rain, sub-zero temperatures and snow. I got a lot of built up ice on the truck. Like an idiot I tried removing the ice with a plastic windshield scraper. I got the ice off of the hood but I badly scratched it. Once here in San Diego I went on Google and found Ken’s service. I called and he did a mobile service at the RV park the next day. 2 hours later he had my truck hood looking factory new! “This man is about the business! I've been a customer for about 2-3 years now. The convenience of having APEX Mobile Detailing come to you instead of waiting in the god forsaken lines at the car wash, is undeniably the best feeling in the world for someone that cares about their vehicle. I cant tell you how many times I've told the car wash people, "I want the full package, inside and out," and dropped a $50 in the tip jar after paying for the service, just to have streaks on my windows and dirt still on my floor boards. And it was all done in a reasonable amount of time, although you can't rush this mans eye for detail. I kept saying, "dude this looks amazing," as I kept trying to pay him and he kept saying, "Not yet, just lemme touch this up, and that up....." it's rare to find that kind of dedication in todays world. People are so focused on the money and getting paid so they can get onto the next one, that they lose that pride in their work that made them what they were when they first started, and that's why I'll always use APEX Mobile Detailing. After passing through 2 shops without any signage of being a detail shop, I scrolled further down the Yelp list to find Louie. Luckily he was available and fortunately he was 15 mins away from the area! He's a one man crew with a meticulous eye for detail; very knowledgeable in his products and can work rather efficiently. I was his last customer of the day so he took his time but, with a few inquiries from my end he would gladly double back to answer any questions that I had.
