I called Monday morning about my backyard pond and waterfall. It had stopped working overnight. Jeff's son, Nate, said he would try to come by. He was here within two hours. He looked at it, went to his truck to get a tool and fixed it within 10 minutes!! What great, fast service. And, no charge. I will definitely call and use them again.
