West Coast Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with. From there appraiser, Phil, to there installer, Kyle, we had our damaged dining room floor looking like new again. I would recommend them to anyone in need of flooring without hesitation.

We had Jesus evaluate our 65 year old oak floor after we removed the wall-to-wall carpets. He was knowledgeable and positive and gave us a very fair estimate for repairing and refinishing. He didn't flinch when we asked him to add on a couple more chores with it. Kyle and Jose came to do the work. They arrived promptly and worked hard (even helped by moving the 2 heaviest pieces of our furniture for us). The work was done in the time estimated, the resulting floors are beautiful, and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them highly!

Jesus and his crew Installed my flooring. Unfortunately there was a factory defect in the product. The flooring had to be removed and new flooring purchased. This was no fault of West Coast Flooring but a manufacturing defect. Jesus took care of my problem by installing a new floor, even though his issue with the manufacturer hasn't yet been resolved. Jesus runs a top notch company. The installer was able to bake some intricate cuts around permanent fixtures without having to use molding. I would recommend West Coast Flooring
