My favorite nail salon in Napa! Here's why: they care for your nails. Super friendly. Taking time to treat your nail beds without skipping steps or rushing through. They trim and file carefully. I can actually relax here, knowing they are going to be thorough but gentle with me. II've never been able to grow my nails out at all until I started getting manicured here. The spa is very casual and never super busy, which I appreciate. I always get basic mani pedi but they are known for being great at gels and acrylic. Fabulous! The woman that did my nails was patient and also conversational in regard to my nails. She offered great suggestions for the length and color all while delivering what I wanted. I have never left a nail salon feeling so happy about my nails (& I get my them done every month). I'm here on a business trip, took a chance on this salon, ended up with nails I'm obsessed with! Go in with a vision and they will deliver.
So, I have been coming here for over a year and the quality of the actual manicure is good. However, I always leave feeling like I've done them a favor by coming in. The owner and employees seem annoyed by my appointment, there is no greeting or thank you. I am taking the time to feel pampered, but that is not tue experience.
