I have Fibromayalgia and Jen is absolutely unbelievable at helping relieve the pain that lives deeply within my bones through a balance of light stokes and balanced, slow pressure. At times it feels like she's in one area for a full minute, patiently pulling a release out of me and at other times it feel like she has 5 hands moving in tandem. I went to massage school and have had the privilege of seeing many different therapists, but Jen is unlike anyone I've been to in terms of actually being able to read my body and give me what it needs. I could not recommend her highly enough.

I'm so happy that I found Jen. She is great! I've always had issues with back and shoulder pain due to my job and after just one visit with her I felt a huge difference. I'm never going to anyone else. I highly recommend Jen!

I have been getting massages for years. No other massage therapist could get to the root of my pain. First time I went to Jen she got to the root of my problem. It was almost like magic that she knew exactly what I needed. From then on I'm hooked. She has never let me down. I am very thankful for her. I would definitely recommend Playground Zen to anyone.
