I just had a pleasant phone call with Andrew at Planet Fitness in Napa. I needed assistance with my account and he and his supervisor were of great help. Andrew had great customer service skills and was unbothered by my many questions. I appreciate that. He made me feel heard and comfortable. Thanks a ton!

I go here 4x a week and I tend to see some broken machines and I notice the same toilet can always be dirty they should improve on that but other than that this is a good cheap gym ?

Awesome atmosphere and price for membership is great! Also must give kudos to the staff like guy named torin! Awesome attitude always super kind, and just the kinda person to make the difficulties of gym routine much more chill!
