I bought a water heater last week. I got there late Friday afternoon, they were very accommodating. The two clerks at the counter were friendly and very helpful. The unit was much higher quality than the one I was replacing and only $200 more. Once I fired it up it heated water quickly. Much more efficient than a heater one would find at Home Depot or Lowe's. I'll be back next time I need something.

I'm just a regular DIY home maintenance kinda guy. I needed a part for a shower drain that was leaking. I went to all the usual hardware places, no luck and no help. I went to another supply house in Petaluma, they were good but didn't have the part and didn't know where I could get it. I went home and scoured the internet but couldn't be sure I was getting the right part. So off I went to Napa Pace Supply (from Sonoma). The fellow who helped me was excellent. He wasn't 100% sure on the part so he sought out help. They called the manufacturer customer service to confirm the correct part. It wasn't in stock but he got it in two days, and it was there just as he promised....read full review

Pace Supply is a great dependable company. Their sales team is extremely knowledgeable of the products they supply to the underground industry. I would recommend them to anyone with underground, heating and HVAC needs.
