Wife has Alz, so back to back appointments were necessary. Dr. Chan, being a veteran Alz volunteer, was excellent in coping with our needs. Veronica was so patient with us as well. May and others on the staff helped with some unrelated issues.

So happy with the pharmacy... easy parking, quick pickup, great associate who checked me in promptly and provided excellent care. He scanned my bar code on my phone and within moments I had my prescription and was able to pay via contactless payment. Super cheerful and easy experience with lots of staff. Every single window was staffed and there was no waiting. Very happy with Kaiser Napa... just wish they would build a hospital in Napa!
