Napa West Pet Hospital is the only vet location that sees tortoises locally. It was definitely worth the 1 hour roundtrip drive to receive the quality care for our leopard tortoise. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff at the vet hospital were all very friendly, and definitely seemed very knowledgeable. For everything that had to be taken care of was able to be done in a timely manner. They did a great job of explaining which different things would be relating to my dog. I will definitely be happy to continue taking my dog to see them. I would also recommend this location to other people I know.

Took my dog in on an emergency basis. Got in immediately. Vet was thorough and caring. I was expecting a huge bill but it was actually reasonable. They do seem to have issues with their office staff as I could hear them loudly arguing but hopefully they get that part resolved.
