What I don't know about fitness is everything. But I do know that when I took a class at KO Performance--just two to three 30-minute classes a week--I could feel the difference in strength and endurance faster than I would have thought possible. I'm a 75-year-old woman and my goal was to build core strength in support of my back. Classes were targeted and effective; the atmosphere relaxed and easy. Kevin was always aware of problem areas that needed a little extra care, ready to modify any exercise that wasn't working 100 percent for me, and to correct my execution to assure desired results. His kindness and patience are boundless and the class was like having my own personal trainer. I recommend KO Performance unconditionally.

I credit Kevin more than any medical professional with recovering from my knee injury. I love the 30 minute small group classes! I would recommend KO Performance to anyone interested in improving their health.

Kevin (owner) and Jeff (trainer) lead small group classes Monday through Saturday, for a half hour each, several times per day. If you are not the usual gym "type," I promise this is the gym for you.The clientele are the nicest people in Napa, and range from high school athletes to grandparents. Workouts are intense, but short. Kevin and Jeff do a great job of accommodating and tracking each person's individual needs and abilities.They encourage you to attend a few sessions for free to see if it is a fit.
