Susan George she is one of the best aestheticians in the Napa Valley. Emerald Skin Care, whenever I go in I am greeted by the receptionist. There is tea and water there for you while you wait, if needed. Susan will call you in with her soft calm voice. Her voice makes me feel welcomed. When you go into Susan's room, you hear her fountain going. There is soft music playing too it's so comfortable. Depending on the service you're getting each and every time I feel safe, comfortable and not judged (also the conversation is amazing too) that's a PLUS! Thank you Susan you are amazing at what you do!

Susan did a great job with eyebrow and lip wax and took extra precautions because I tend to break out. She also was meticulous about plucking anything left behind and even offered to extract a zit I had for no extra. It was a very relaxing experience would definitely come back for more services! Thank you!

I love Emerald Day Spa! You are always greeted nicely when you walk in. It is the only place I go to here in town. Susan is my fave as she has been my esthetician for 16yrs! Everyone here is friendly and they do their best to accommodate when possible. :) Try them out.
