They are so friendly, welcoming and professional, Alex & Vincent make you feel like you are welcomed and they totally care about our best interest. They are a family run business that make us feel like they've known us for years!! I feel valued as a person/customer and they are always working for me explaining to me how they are going to get the most of the benefits that the IRS will allow. They help me feel confident about filing my taxes with them and I know they have my back if it ever comes back to me. They are the best team & hands down the most reasonable and knowledgeable professional tax preparers I have ever worked with. I wish I would have found them 10 years ago when I moved to Napa, I was taken to the bank for years before finding them, so overpaid to do our taxes.

Díaz & Díaz is INCREDIBLE. Firstly let me start by saying that when I went in to to my taxes they had the best most professional service to keep everyone safe during our Covid pandemic. So much that it made me want to leave a great review!Everything was placed so we can all social distance, the waiting area outside the building was covered so no one got wet in the rain, all the chairs were placed far apart because of Covid and that made me feel safe, the place was super clean and decorated beautifully.
