I requested a quote at the same time that I requested other quotes on Yelp. I received other responses the same day that they responded. All responses were made quickly, as was their response. They could not do it until two days after the other estimates could be done. I accepted their time anyway. They did not show for the estimate appointment. No attempt was made on their part to reschedule beforehand. No communication has been received from them at all. They could have contacted me if they were delayed or could not make the appointment. They chose not to contact me. No apologies for the no show were communicated. How rude and impolite and bad customer service. My urgent project was delayed unnecessarily by them. Sounds like some other reviews. Don't depend on them to keep their word on estimates.

Mark did a fabulous job on our two huge elms. He removed dead and dying wood but kept all healthy portions of the trees. Now sunlight streams through and the trees are vibrant and green. He was on time, efficient, and totally cleaned up. I highly recommend his services.

Fair and reasonable and don't forget amazing are all the words that comes to mind... Don't hesitate to give him a call! He dose the injection fertilization for trees that saved my ass! Rock on cut rite is the best cut in the North bay !!
