I called during the corona virus pandemic afraid no one would be willing to come to my home to check the backed up sick. Charlie was completely professional and arrived within an hour!!! Charlie was able to locate and fix the problem in less than an hour! He explained everything to ensure I know what the problem was and that I was comfortable with the repair. He was extremely through, friendly and professional! I highly recommend!!

I've used Charlie 3 times this year. The first time was almost 1 yr ago. My sick leaked and ruined my floor- big insurance claim- but I needed new plumber and repair of the part that broke. Charlie was returned my call, and was the first to come out. I called many, but no one had time or seemed interested. He also gave me a couple estimates for a small job I had in my upstairs bathroom- new tub faucet- previous owner had welded a cap over pipe- something above what I could do for sure. So, second time I called I had him take care of that, and everything had just been finished, so I wanted him to double check his sink. All was well but I was paranoid. Yesterday, my water heater broken without warning. That new floor was in danger and I'm sure my homeowners would not have repaired it. Charlie was able to come out within in hour of my call, see how urgent the need was, get a new "better quality" than I could have bought at Home Depot water heater, remove and install the new one. I called at 1:08 and he did everything before 4:45pm! His pricing is fair. People are always looking to save money, And as a single women, I am too, but what I'm looking for are fair, honest local businesses I can rely on and this is tops- his in my phone and his card is on my fridge.

Charlie just saved us a ton by advising (against his personal financial gain) that we adjust our plan. He's done several things for us over the years and is consistently reliable. He's also a really nice guy.
