“This salon changed my sense of what a salon can be - it has become one of my favorite places in Napa, and I always leave in a happy mood with an amazing haircut (and other things) I love. I started going because I happened to meet Erin, who embodies all its great energy -- as the boutique manager she is also your own personal hair, skin and beauty consultant, who can advise on whatever you might need. She is extremely knowledgeable, positive and easy to talk to, and her suggestions are thoughtful and on the mark. She has remembered details about my skin and hair routine, making the perfect suggestions of samples to try (which have become my new favorites). She is not just a trusted guide on what can easily feel like an overwhelming array of products, but is always so supportive and brightens your day.

Erin introduced me to Brenna, an incredible stylist who has really enhanced the look of my wavy hair (both color and cut). Brenna also has a wonderful down-to-earth, easygoing vibe, mixed with her own singular expertise -- on our first consult, she gave me styling tips that transformed my look, and she has given my hair new vibrancy. I also love walking through the salon with her, picking out fun pieces of jewelry or bags to consider. The salon offers truly unique pieces at very reasonable prices -- I receive many compliments on items I have purchased there.

Really, every person I've encountered at Bella Capelli has been lovely, and I feel so comfortable walking in. I'm not someone who especially liked going to salons in the past, but now I really look forward to it and have gone to some of their special events too, which have been great. “I’ve gone here to get my belly button pierced, nose, and two ear piercings. with that being said I’m really happy with the way they turned out, and my experience was great. They treated me well when I got nauseous and lightheaded after my belly piercing and even gave me a coke.“

“I hadn't gone to a real salon for color in about a decade. Been filling my roots with Henna, which isn't a problem, until you want to color your hair with something different and/or add highlights, as apparently Henna in the hair does not allow for new color to be added. Shelley accepted the challenge and spearheaded it, trying and testing different applications, even though it meant an even longer night. Once she was convinced her method was safe and would work, we forged ahead. She applied at least several masks over the duration of the treatment, fully knowing and customizing what my hair needed. She was even more delighted than I was that the results were so fantastic. I can't recommend Shelley highly enough!“

I was so apprehensive about finding a new hairstylist that for one year, I only cut and colored my hair when I traveled back to Madrid. Then, a month ago, a friend recommended Linsey from Chandellier Salon to me.
I went, and to my delight, she gave me a fabulous cut and a lovely color.

“Keli is dual master in cut AND color. I've seen some of her personal artwork and she is super gifted which must drive her hair craft. Besides always being cheery and funny...she listens carefully to my "needs" (which are ridiculous sometimes) and gets my hair where I love it. I am NOT easy to please and my hair has its own agenda and yet Keli nails it each time. She educates me on how certain cutting angles work and what she's doing with my hair. “Janet is an absolute EXPERT at soft but noticeable layers! Janet KNOWS what to do! She is very intuitive.How I found Janet is sort of cool : A few months ago I saw a lady with an impeccable layered short/med length cut and stopped her and asked “who did that”. And she told me.I’m middle age and have fine, but a lot of hair with major cowlicks, so and it’s not “stick straight”. Janet cuts the perfect medium length layers so the hair falls perfectly!
