The We Care Technician who performed the service on my heating system was personable, thorough and knowledgeable, he was excellent!! 5 Stars for sure.
However, scheduling was NOT 5 Stars.
We had a very positive experience with We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air. I met with Jay at the local Costco store contracted with We Care, who immediately helped me and coordinated an appointment for a sales rep to come out a few days later. When Austin came out to provide an estimate, he was cordial, knowledgable, informative, and extremely pleasant. He helped set up a plan for our home with new Lennox equipment. The crew headed by Tommy and Osio showed up a few days later, and updated our entire system. They were efficient, careful, and fully professional in every way. They used booties in the home, and laid out drop clothes wherever they were working.

The guys Logan and Julian can out and
Looked at our sink and the waterline to our ice-maker. They did a quick diagnostic of the problem then went over a few options to get them working again! I was extremely grateful and thankful for their knowledge and the options made available to us! Thank you Logan and Julian we appreciate you!
