“I can’t say enough about the team at Encore. We had a busted AC that started out as a repair but then turned into a full replacement install. And I’m not talking about 1, but 2 ACs. These guys are super professional and incredibly polite and courteous. The entire process of repair to install was super smooth and very well handled. My wife and I are incredibly pleased by the work and incredibly thankful that we found Encore and were able to do business with Encore.

“I called Joel about a heater he had for sale on OfferUp. I told him about the issues I was having with my heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me a helpful tip. He told me to take the bottom bolt of the manifold off and if it didn't leak most likely it wasn't my heat exchanger that was bad and still worth fixing. I was able to fix my heater by replacing the fenwal and stripping a few wires and replacing the connectors. He could have easily told me what other technicians were telling me to just make a sale for a new heater. I would not hesitate to use his services if needed in the future.“
