Came into Urgent care with my daughter. Both with the same symptoms. Everyone from the check in staff, nurse that took our vitals and P.A. super friendly. Wait time was not bad. From check in until the end of the visit was about an hour total.
Yesterday I had an accident with my Mountain Bike. It was pretty bad, I couldn’t breathe. From the moment I stepped in at KP Urgent care I felt at home. They understood the situation and right away started to work on me. Everyone, from the guy at the front to the nurse to the doctor to the xray was extremely professional. Never was I treated like family by a hospital before.

Facilities are clean and easy to navigate so that's good. The people at the check in booth are always kind and hospitable. this is my first pregnancy and so far my experience with the nurses has just been less than desirable. I understand they see pregnant women everyday and look at ultra sounds everyday, But I don't. I get excited for every visit only to be met with some nurse who seems like they hate their job. Or some sort of attitude when I express that my fiancé also really wants to be apart of every thing. He also wants to see the baby and see the ultra sounds but they have some weird rule where he can't simply be present while they're taking... read full review
