I was looking for a serious contractor to assist with design and construction of a complete remodel of a kitchen and flooring. I interviewed Virgil who came across personable and enthusiastic about taking on a large project. Knowing Urbane Floorings home-base is located in Murrieta, I was a little nervous regarding the distance on a project in Orange County. As in any construction project, we had multiple questions and suggestions every step of the way. Whenever I called Virgil regarding a question or concern, I found him receptive! Virgil would ALWAYS return your call or text in a timely manner. Virgil partnered with Luna Construction and for us was a good fit. If we asked for them to return on a minor adjustment, they returned and completed to our satisfaction. Urbane Flooring is reasonably priced and all work is guaranteed. This company does more than flooring and will work with their customers. I've heard horror stories from angry people who dived into large home projects and I'm lucky we didn't have to run into those negative stories.
