She admitted when she didn't know the answer and worked diligently to get the right answer not just an answer! We recommend her to everyone! Second review and the reason we can't give 5 stars, we would give zero if we could but do not want to affect Laura. The refund advance is such a scam! We had a death in the family and needed our return to help us get to the funeral out of state. We were assured we would be able to get it with our good credit and big return. We were denied because "unsure of our ability to repay the amount!" What in the world the return goes to them before us!! Scam scam scam don't bother wasting your time!“
