I was very pleased by the work and the time he took to explain to me what he was doing and why.I had called a plumbing company nearby and was almost scammed for three times the money and none of the professionalism.Thanks for turning an awful day into not so bad. ?

I looked for companies that hyrdrojet drains and accidentally came across this company. They had some videos on their website and on yelp and it seemed like they do this all the time. So I called them at the number on their website but found out that number 877-493-7653 was out of service. So I decided to call the number on their yelp. I called on Monday but did not get any response up until Saturday evening when Mark texted me and said he couldn't do it because California regulations do not allow it. Worth every penny.He was very upfront with pricing and took his time on the phone with me and really went over the problem in detail.Nothing in the house was going down the drain. It was an older house without a sewer cleanout pipe so we had to pull up a toilet and go through there. He fixed it pretty quick.Then he put a camera down the drain and found an old sewer connection buried in the yard where a cleanout pipe could be installed for almost nothing.So he fixed the problem, showed me the pipes were OK, and if the drains ever get clogged again it'll be several magnitudes easier to fix it. I really couldn't be happier.
