Bob was incredible! He has 30+ years experience caring for carpets and upholstery and our monster couch was in very good hands. One monster fabric couch, 2 ottomans and one rocking chair later and our house smells so fresh and my couch is white again! With a dog and two kids, it needed so much love. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends & family! Thanks Bob for hooking a tired mom up with a fresh couch right before the holidays!
Couldn't be happier with calling Bob first!! He was able to immediately come out (happened to catch him on a day that was supposed to be worse weather - so got lucky!), gave us a fair quote, super friendly and obviously very knowledgeable, easy communication and showed up when he said he would, and did great work! What more could you ask for?! He cleaned carpet in our walk-in closet, several area rugs and a couch for us. The couch literally looked new when he was done with it! And he walked us through the different materials on each area rug and what was needed to ensure the best outcome for each (one of which was wool so very particular). Bob did an amazing job cleaning my couch! My cat had peed on the cushions a few times and it smelled absolutely horrible. He worked really hard on it and my couch smells amazing. He was very responsive, personable, and reliable! Highly recommend!
