As I am starting my own business, I have been asked recently, “What does my business stand for?”. It was an easy answer: I wanted women to feel comfortable, safe, and guilt free. I have met a lot of women who have expressed to me how they either just needed some “me time” away from their kids or they needed to feel better about themselves. As a new mom myself, I know I have struggled to make time for myself and do the things that I enjoy doing; hair, nails, facial. I think when you become a mom or when you become so engrossed into work, you forget to take care of what’s MOST important: YOU! We either have that ‘mom guilt’ or we simply just don’t make the time.
