Shrunk one of my husbands nice cashmere sweaters. They attempted to “fix” it but could not. Told me they would give me credit for future and would note my account. Some months down the line Went to redeem said credits and it was nowhere to be found in their “notes”. After arguing with me for ten minutes he asked me what I wanted him to do… I told him to give me my clothes at no charge. He eventually did and that was the last time there. No thanks. I’ll go across the street

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They did not have my garment ready in time and lost it it for a few hours. The gentleman who helped me was laughing saying " sorry, our fault"Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I used this facility 1 time and will never give them my business again. I dropped off a jacket that was a deceased family members. It was needed by a certain date. They assured me it would be ready. 20 minutes before the pick up time I got a VM stating it would not be ready until the next day. When I arrived to pick up my jacket the man working tried to give me someone else's jacket. He couldn't find the jacket I dropped off. In the end he was laughing when he told me the tailor dropped off the wrong jacket and I could come back later to pick it up..... almost 24 hours late.
