As a customer of this establishment, I was very pleased with them until recently. I went to drop off my clothing for cleaning, and was told I needed to pre-pay for the services. Whatever has changed with them will also cause me to change who I use for my dry cleaning.

Very rude and dishonest! They said they would fix my pants bc i paid for the hem and they were too short.they said no charge to fix. Then the owner refused to give me my pants back unless I paid twice, keeping my property hostage and was physically combative. Please don't waste your time with this awful business.Service: Alterations

Before I dropped off some shirts for dry cleaning and simple repairs (buttons), I asked about the price. A gentleman told me the repairs would be no charge if I paid to have the shirts laundered. When I brought in the shirts, a rude lady, who I think is the owner, wanted to charge me for the repairs. When I mentioned what I quoted, with the same gentlemen standing there who remained silent, she balked at honoring the price until I started to leave with my shirts.When I came in to pick up my shirts, she CHARGED me for the buttons. I could not believe it. She tried to charge me even though she reluctantly said I would not be charged. I raised the issue again; she remembered our conversation since she removed the charges without saying a word but with a scowl on her face. I will NEVER return to this dry cleaner; I recommend you stay away too.
