The entire team is AMAZING! Bernice is always pleasant and very helpful in scheduling and changing my appointments. One day, I forgot my appointment and she called me to reschedule it for the same day! She has the most calming and sweetest voice on the phone. Dr. Richie is highly knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. All the PT assistants are very attentive and friendly. My experience with Dr Rey has been fabulous. His customer service, approach to understanding my physical issues, and solutions to help progress and get back to my physical activities has been tremendous. Would recommend for knee issues specifically!!!
