I started acupuncture treatment for lower back pain 4 yrs ago.....after several treatments I was 100% better. Then in February this year I started having hip pain that was waking me up at night. After just 8 treatments I was 100%. Unfortunately recently something set off the hip pain again and I started back with acupuncture yesterday. Last night was the first night in several weeks that I had a restful night without pain. I am a nurse....and the worse patient being all the docs want to just feed you pills for the pain. I've had to be my own advocate and ask for acupuncture treatment. Most insurances cover it to some extent....definitely an option I recommend and even more so with Dr. Yang at Nature's Grace.
Dr. Yang's treatments have been the only thing to bring relief from my sciatica pain. I couldn't even walk without assistance the first time I saw her. After just a few appointments I was 90% better. If you're thinking about trying acupuncture, I highly recommend you do because you won't be disappointed!
