Everyone there was so nice from the receptionist checking me in all the way through the medical assistant to the Nurse practitioner!! They were very thorough and didn’t make me wait in the back for more that a few minutes, like most urgent cares do. I’ve always had to wait for at least 10 -15 minutes once called back. This place was able to take care of me and also administer a shot for my severe pain in my back and hip. To top it off the med tech was so gentle giving me the shot. All in all ,a Great urgent care!!
After walking in and filling out paperwork I didn’t wait long to see the nurse practitioner. She was helpful, showed lots of compassion and was professional. I’d recommend this place. Sometimes it’s okay to take a risk and I’m glad I did on this place. Some places can’t please everyone.
We were in a pinch and needed a quick sports physical for my son. The cost was only $45 and it was an amazingly complete exam. The Dr's name was Barbara was she was great. Excellent bedside manner, very educational without being preachy. They even did a quick urinalysis to check for dehydration and caught a small ear infection that we thought was just swimmer's ear. After this physical I am confident my son can safely play high school sports. I cannot recommend this location, the friendly staff and the incredible Dr enough.
