My husband and I moved into our new home in Temecula in late July. We’ve enjoyed the warm weather and it was not until this recent cold snap that we’ve had to turn on our heating system….which, after 3 days with the thermostat properly programmed, did not warm up the house at all. We contacted our builder and they immediately dispatched Liberty Plumbing. Erick from Liberty Plumbing arrived bright and early on Sunday morning, quickly diagnosed our issue, got to the root cause and resolved our heating problem. He was efficient, professional, informative, polite and thorough. Thank you Erick and Liberty Plumbing!!
This is a fast acting company with personable, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. I have used them multiple times for different needs around my house (plumping leaks, AC replacement, plumbing fixture replacement) and all of my experiences have been positive. I will use their services again.
This is the best company for your plumbing and HVAC needs. We had 2 slab leaks and our HVAC SYSTEM needed replacing. They went out of their way. John and Erik are get Plummer and HVAC technicians. Very professional. Kristy and Kristen are great customer service representatives. All 4 are f these individuals made sure my family and I were put at easy and took great care of us. On top of that, the owner of the company, Jerry came out several time to ensure we were take great care of. I feel like these people are friends to my family.
