Called this morning to make an appointment but there was nothing available at Murieta location for a week and as I mentioned to the receptionist the pain I was in she recommended San Marcos location as an immediate solution ... I of course took it. Thank goodness she offered a a quicker resolution , as I've been in pain for weeks already.
"I recently visited Kaiser in Murrieta, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff members were incredibly kind and friendly, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. Despite not feeling my best, they made the experience as comfortable as possible. The process was efficient, and I was able to get through my tests and labs quickly—I was in and out in less than an hour. Kudos to the team for their amazing work! Keep it up ?.
I love this Kaiser location!!! I live in Temecula and I rather make the drive there than to go to the Temecula location. Especially for blood work/labs. I took my 1 year old son to the Murrieta location after he was poked three times at the Temecula Kaiser lab. Plus the phlebotomists in the Temecula location are so rude. So when I took my 1 year old son to the Kaiser in Murrieta to get his labs done , Connie the phlebotomist was so kind and professional. She eased my nerves and after the bad experience we had at the Kaiser Lab in Temecula, Connie made it so much better. Connie was able to draw my son’s blood with no problems.
