Integrity Leveling

I had a water leak that soaked through the particle board subfloor in the bathroom and hallway. Found an ad for Integrity Leveling and checked them out on Yelp. Hard to believe they had a 5 star rating, the best of all those I contacted. They were able to start the project within a week of me calling. I was told by Rosie the crew would be out between 9 and 10 am, Ricardo, Eric, and Corn arrived at 9:30. This crew was absolutely great! They removed carpet and bathroom floor to revel just how far the water damage was. They were more concerned with doing the job right, not fast. Now I know why they have 5 start on Yelp. It took them a total of 5 hours from start to finish....read full review

Being new manufactured home owners we exhaustively looked at 4 companies. We chose Integrty over others because we felt that he ( General Manager PHIL) was the most honest ( not that the others were not..just trusted him more)He certainly was used by many in our community with good reviews. We had plumbing issues that had come up prior to his leveling and Phil gave us a guote and options that were competitive and we used Integrity for them as well ( after 3 other bids) . His crew Jovan and Elijah showed up on time, they were efficient, knowledgeable, performed skillfully and and answered questions patiently. My husband and I just purchased a 20-year-old home of course we needed to do some maintenance. I've had several businesses in and out obtaining quotes for different aspects of work that needed to be done. I contacted Integrity Leveling, and the experience was excellent from Phil the gentleman, that gave us our quote on the repairs needed. We got our quote quickly and set the appointment to have the work done within a few days. Elijah and Javon came out and did the work. They phoned and let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Elijah and Javon also went above and beyond and they actually screwed screws in my subfloor to stop the squeaking problem I had....read full review
