Dog left a runny mess in the carpet. Called Fletcher's and Jerry was very accommodating. Scott did a great job of deodorizing and cleaning. Will call again in the future. Highly recommend
My cat has been peeing over and over on our stairs landing no matter how much we cleaned and used different solutions. It ended up being the pad and Fletchers replaced the pad and cleaned the carpet and so far so good my car hasn’t even tried to pee there
If you are looking for QUALITY carpet cleaners, look no more! My family has used this company for years. We have them come out about every 4 months or so. Always Very professional and super friendly. We worked with Scott who is always so kind and always makes sure we are satisfied before leaving. Best part, they clean my carpets to almost "like-new" condition AND we have 3 cats and 2 dogs! The cost for their work is very reasonable! I will continue to use Fletchers in the future!
