I am an Encore member and I called for an hvac tuneup. It was assigned to Justin who was there just a couple days later. Justin is personable and professional. He noticed a potential problem and resolved it. Justin explained everything clearly to me and I feel a bit hvac smarter. Great job Justin and Encore.
My house guest went upstairs for a nice relaxing bath. Meanwhile downstairs, I was sitting in the dining room and suddenly heard a very soft 'pitter-pattering' coming from the kitchen, only to horrifyingly discover that the entire kitchen floor was utterly DRENCHED! The next day I called Encore Plumbing and the problem was repaired with professional skill and expertise, with patience, diligence, and attention to every detail. It was hard work, not an easy job. I can’t say enough about the team at Encore. We had a busted AC that started out as a repair but then turned into a full replacement install. And I’m not talking about 1, but 2 ACs. These guys are super professional and incredibly polite and courteous. The entire process of repair to install was super smooth and very well handled. My wife and I are incredibly pleased by the work and incredibly thankful that we found Encore and were able to do business with Encore.
And I have to mention they also installed a halo 5 water purification system. Their plumber was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough in his work.
