Cathy is an ANGEL of financial mercy. Or maybe a financial Wizard!!! I went to her thinking that I owed $30k from a short sale, (numbers I ran thru TurboTax). She was able to sort it all out and I walk away with a tax return! Amazing. She knows her stuff, her prices are totally reasonable, and she gets it done quickly. We cant thank you enough.
