Awesome place! Just got my first Tig welder, to which I have ZERO experience. Matt literally spent half an hour guiding me to all the stuff to suit my machine, cheap and basic upgrades for my Tig torch, and didn’t try to sit there and upsell me all day. Just a super cool dude and extremely helpful. Like wayyyyy beyond basic customer service. Bought a flow meter, some consumables, torch parts, and an 80cf tank. Told him I was gonna take the small stuff to my car and come back in to grab the tank. I look back and dude already has it on his shoulder to carry it to my car for me. Reasonably priced and excellent service is all I can say. I open my door to take out 3LP 5 gallon units to fill and a glass jar fell out of my suburban and broke on the concrete. Someone came over and cleaned up that mess without even being asked. Recommend support in this business
