Gracie Humaitá Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Temecula is for you, your spouse, and your children. If you need to get in shape, learn self-defense, and make lifelong friends while being taught by the #1 IBJJF black belt, this school is for you. With classes offered up to four times per day, this is the perfect martial arts school for your children to learn how to protect themselves from bullying and for you to develop your own skills while you grow in self-confidence, discipline, and abilities. Every class begins with calisthenics and stretching, followed by 20-40 minutes of instruction, and concludes with 20-40 minutes of live sparring. You will be pushed and challenged in every class, yet you determine the pace and speed of your growth.
