Erika’s massages are magical! Highly recommend especially for people who are gym goers that need that body work. She helps with mobility, is knowledgeable in the human body, and is also very experienced.I have poor blood circulation in my legs and also suffer from restless leg syndrome and her massages /cupping/gua sha brings me such relief. Honestly amazing and the industry is lucky to have her.

Erika is absolutely amazing! I am a weight lifter and always feel 10x better after a session with her. She is great with communication, is always asking where my problem areas are or if I’m sore anywhere specific, and then fixes the issue. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a massage therapist. My entire family already regularly sees her!

My husband got me a massage with Erika for Xmas. It was amazing. She did an excellent job focusing on my problem areas. She was great at communicating with me in order to ensure that my experience was comfortable. She also followed up with me a few days later to ask about my recovery. I thought that was awesome. I will definitely be going back to her again and will highly recommend Erika to people I know.

I have been a Massage Therapist and Bodyworker for over 20 years and love what I do! It has been and is still an amazing journey. Being an athlete from childhood, then competing as an amateur body builder, and having the opportunities to train with many amazing athletic trainers, alternative health practitioners and doctors is where my passion began. I found massage therapy in 1998, studied at The American Institute of Massage Therapy and Sports Training Institute. Having graduated with well over 1000 hours in 2000. Over the years I have continued to study and refine my craft. Whether it be stress relief, injury rehab., pain relief, energy work, and/or maintenance for a healthier you, I can help!
