Just spent an hour on the phone with Jeremy Goldberg. I was given a MAC with no training....have been a "PC User" my entire life (until now). Needless to say, I was stressing out due to unfamiliarity and having to re-wire my brain. In addition, I had the challenge of not losing all my contacts and notes (from exchange contacts) and getting this information to communicate with my I-Cloud account...which I was not able to have work. STRESSED to say the least!With that said, spent this past hour with Jeremy from TeamLogic IT and I can honestly say i am pumped to be a MAC user and all my contacts are now imported on ICLOUD. TeamLogicIT has been our IT support provider for a little over a year and a half. We have been very happy with their team's knowledge and response to our technical issues. Their staff are very patient and take the time to explore a user problem and resolve it. Tim Kim has worked with me on numerous problems related to Virus protection and Office 365. His knowledge of both of those applications is extensive.
Knowledgeable, helpful, responsive.TeamLogic has upgraded our information security and our infrastructure, and they've helped train our users (large range of ages, use cases, and technical proficiency) on best practices.Tim quickly assesses and solves issues as tickets are submitted, and he is also on site a couple of times per week (essentially IT office hours) to offer fast, informal assistance.We've had a great experience with TeamLogic, thanks guys.
