I've been having Irma cut and color my hair for a couple of years. I've been really happy with her work. At first I found her a bit hard to communicate with. It's not a language issue; I just had a hard time getting across what I wanted. A friend who had her hair done at the same time felt the same way. The first time, my hair ended up more blonde than I really wanted.

Ruby is fantastic! I needed a haircut badly after months of growing out unwanted layers and Ruby was able to take me the same day that I called. I was a little nervous about going to this salon, since, while the reviews are great, I tend to rely a little more heavily on photos as evidence of high quality, but they exceeded my expectations! Ruby was very sweet and incredibly attentive, carefully listening to what I wanted while also following up to ensure she understood and checking with me throughout to make sure it wasn't too short. My haircut was fairly simple - all one length - but Ruby took her time and meticulously checked and recut each section to make sure it was perfect. I will definitely be coming back here!

Bummed. Thought I found my new place, loved the cut. Called four times this week for an appt. No one answers, no return call. Will have to look elsewhere for my 'new place'. :-(
