I have been going with Ruby for many years now and I never had a complain. My skin is very sensitive and I am allergic to many hair and beauty products due to the chemicals, I never had an issue with Ruby as she uses natural, high quality products. Her Collagen treatment is gentle and highly recommended since it does not contain the harsh chemicals that Keratin has. I don't trust anyone else with my hair.
