I had a great experience, people working there are very nice and helpful.
I came in, because I needed someone to unscrew two screws inside my PC. They were just screwed in so strongly I couldn't get them to move.
They just did it for me on the spot, it took barely five minutes, and they refused any payment.
They were also very kind and nice through entire interaction, which made me feel better, since I was a bit embarrassed I had to bring whole PC just because my hands are too weak ?
Ok, so I took my iPhone here for repair. These guys went above and beyond. After I had tried Best Buy(appointment only) and mobile Kangaroo ( was closed although I had an appointment already)
My exact screen wasn't in stock, so they ordered my part, but they temporarily got my phone to a condition where I was able to get all my important stuff. Then, they gave me a daily update. That's what I call service. This will definitely be my go-to store!
I am a retired person living in Los Altos, CA. A few years ago, my wife experienced problems with her windows laptop hardware. We googled and chose to get the laptop repaired by Quick Fix computer services. We were very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the repair work. Ever since then, whenever we have HW/ SW issues on our computers, Quick Fix computer services became our default place to get the repair work done.
