930 Main St, Redwood City“Heartcore is the perfect blend of everything you want in a high-intesity pilates workout. They have that "it-factor" with their Instagrammable aesthetic, friendly instructors that keep you inspired, megaformers that make sense, and full-body classes that burn like hell but keep you coming back. Needless to say, I'm ADDICTED to this place. I've visited a lot of the popular pilates spots in the Bay Area and I believe nothing compares to this community. Everyone that works here has this contagious, bubbly energy that you can sense the moment you walk in. The people and culture they've created around this place are seriously unmatched. Couldn't rave enough about their staff! Also, I highly recommend this if you're a lagree lover or die-hard reformer warrior. In my opinion, you get the best of both worlds here! Difficult enough for experienced pilates princesses, but also manageable enough for beginners too. Either way, these classes are humbling but I promise you will love the burn!“

887 Oak Grove Ave A, Menlo Park“Leigh Ann clearly loves to teach, and it shows. She makes subtle corrections to my form which makes each move harder, but we can do hard things!
All the instructors are great and patient and helpful to newbies. There are 10 xformers. The place is spotless.“

18805 Cox Ave #170, Saratoga“Although this clinic is primarily acupuncture, I was interested in the InBody assessment and Dr. Inyoung had the most advance version + grip test. I only expected taking the test and print my results, but she explained my results thoroughly and recommended me a plan with my diet, workout, and lifestyle to help me reach my fitness goals.
I was booked same day, which I was very appreciative of especially when she was technically still on vacation. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her field of work and also very caring and sweet, which gave me optimism and motivation. Highly recommend!“

10580 S De Anza Blvd, Cupertino“Excellent staff all around. I have had to use their services for two different issues. In both cases, they studied the issue and planned the recovery really well with excellent results for me. Knowledgeable, skilled and caring staff all around with a very good process of exercises at the facility followed by an at home plan that has videos to ensure correct form at home. The facility is clean, spacious with all the equipment needed. Strongly recommend Peak Physical Therapy.“

1500 Norman Ave STE 201, Santa Clara“As a regular attendee, I can confidently say that stepping through their doors is like entering a sanctuary of serenity and support. The studio's cleanliness is great. But what truly sets Sagar Hot Yoga apart is their unparalleled kindness and dedication to their community. The instructors embody warmth and compassion, fostering a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the mat. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued and supported. One particularly memorable instance stands out: I arrived for a class only to find out that the scheduled instructor was unable to make it. Instead of canceling, another instructor, named Kinjal graciously volunteered to lead an impromptu session, ensuring that we didn't miss out on our practice. It's this level of care and flexibility that truly sets Sagar Hot Yoga apart. And let's not forget about the quality of instruction. They are skilled instructors who guide you through each session with expertise and encouragement. Their classes are not only physically invigorating but also mentally and emotionally uplifting, leaving you feeling rejuvenated from the inside out. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend Sagar Hot Yoga as the ultimate destination for your yoga journey. Trust me, your mind, body, and soul will thank you.“
“If I could give more stars I would:). I first attended a class at this studio in 2012 to help stretch out more hamstrings from years of running. As a physical and occupational therapist I was extremely impressed with the in-depth knowledge and awareness, Linea (studio owner) had of the body's anatomy . She was able to modify poses for individuals presenting with various muscle skeletal ailments with ease. She is extremely friendly, and welcoming and you quickly feel a part of the "yoga family." I must also give a shout out to Lynn, another excellent and highly knowledgable yoga instructor. She is attentive and makes sure you are doing your poses correctly. The studio also offers other yoga classes, a HITT class, Reformer classes ( with Linea), personal training sessions, as well as massage and Acupuncture (Lynn's also an acupuncturist!) services should you need them.“

833 Emerson St, Palo Alto“Reach is incredible. I was in a pretty fragile place, and I needed something completely different from anything I'd ever done before. I needed something new; something that wouldn't allow me to compare myself to what I used to be able to do, and get more discouraged. I signed up for the three intro classes with Zoe. From the moment I got there, I felt welcomed, listened-to, and encouraged. I've since taken classes with Zoe, Marion, Tracy, and Kathleen. They each have their own style of teaching, and each one is excellent, exceeding every expectation. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed, and the instruction is second to none. Impeccable all around. This place is truly wonderful; thank you for all you do!!!!“
“I just completed six weeks of therapy for a meniscus tear and cartilage worn down to bone on bone. I am in my late 60's. I could not walk without pain. Today I "graduated" from Spencer's care and feel confident that I can again go trail walking and running. Spencer tailored an exercise & care plan to meet my needs and abilities. He is a compassionate, diligent, intelligent PT. I must also add that I have been with PEAK in the past and have received excellent attention and care from everyone. A year ago I was with Alex, post toe surgery, and he worked wonders as well. And the front desk could not be better. PEAK is a class act. The best PT I have found in the past 20+ years. Why go anywhere else?“

394 State St, Los Altos“Everything I tried on at Alys Grace today looked amazing! Even my old favorite outfits are fitting comfortably again! People are asking what I'm doing differently. I have not been disappointed since beginning Pilates training starting in November 2023 at this beautiful downtown Los Altos studio. It is the most efficient resistance training that engages the full body, mind and heart. I am continually challenged, never bored, and I see and feel the results. No more back fat, underarm flab, and sleeping through the night! All the instructors and clients are wonderful humans. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out!“
“This gym is absolutely amazing! It's a wonderful place to get a workout in with your trainer. It's also a wonderful place to train clients if you are a trainer. I've known Travis over a decade and he really cares about BBA Gym and the experience of the people who show up there. BBA is a fantastic fitness community and I highly recommend it!!“

“I have been a student of Teresa's BoneSmart Pilates for six years, starting with her DVDs and then graduating to her website where I have taken several virtual classes, and then joined the BoneSmart Movement Library and Burst classes on demand. Teresa is a highly qualified, certified instructor who is always emphasizing safety first and provides a wide range of exercises for all ages and abilities, including women with osteoporosis. I love the Library because it offers so many options to choose from - dance, restorative Pilates, one hour or 30 minute sessions, and so much more, and is available anytime I want to exercise. The short "bursts" are easy to work into my daily life as they only take about 10 minutes to do and are always fun. However, the best thing about BoneSmart Pilates is Teresa - she is dedicated to excellence and her classes are always joyful, challenging and never boring. I am so grateful to be part of this very special community.“
