“I am a first time client with Hailey as well as first time getting any professional services for eyebrows. For many years I've wanted to get my eyebrows done but have been hesitant because the different styles and outcomes were not the particular look I wanted. I have dirty blonde hair and wanted a style that was more natural and matched my complexion. I also did not want a dramatic look-especially because I rarely wear makeup. Yvon neutralized my lips to be pink again and I feel so confident everyday! I use to feel super pale and washed out until I got my lips done. My pictures have no filter on them!“

“Emily was so knowledgeable , funny, and sweet! I got the lip blush service. The salon was very aesthetic and cute. I was hesitant to get it done because I didn't have the best results the first time at another salon. At the other salon, I had to do the service 3x within a week and there was no peeling as well as unevenness. Emily assured me that there will be peeling and evenness and she did not lie! We had to neutralize first since my upper lip is alot paler than the bottom lip. “This salon is very cute and clean, they follow all Covid-19 protocols to keep you safe during the pandemic, which I definitely appreciate. I've had my hair cut and colored by Jenny many many times over the last 6-7 years. I met her back then at her previous salon and followed her at KNOTS. I hadn't gone to her recently and hadn't really gotten my hair done in the last year due to being paranoid because of COVID but I decided to come in for a trim and get some highlights yesterday and I'm so glad I did! Jenny is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she's really good with color and highlights. When I came in yesterday I had dark blonde hair that I dyed myself during COVID, that didn't hide a few grays and to be honest I didn't really like the color. Once I got outside of the salon after she highlighted my hair, I was so happy to see my hair and feel like myself again!
