Kavanaugh did an excellent job on my recent Velux skylights installation. They responded rapidly, their quote came in significantly under other contractors who came by to look at my property, and they managed everything from roof repair, drywall, skylights purchase, and painting. Kavanaugh Construction is the first contractor I can trust. Some have made me truly crazy. I really relaxed with Kavanaugh because everything was on time, professional and finished when promised. Looking back I wish they had done all my remodeling. Subs arrived when promised. Work was flawless! Evening cleanup! Communications were perfect. Someone answers the phone and if they don't, they returned my call promptly. I give my highest rating to Kavanaugh. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Kavanagh Construction was hired by my neighbor's contractor to do excavation on my property because of an easement. Shane Kavanaugh was the person I had worked with mostly. The project was complicated with 2 contractors and a neighbor building a house and having to access my yard and me not having any contract with any of the parties. The situation was horrible and we had a lot of miscommunication. It was never clear on who owned what aspect of the job since it was an easement. In horrible situations peoples true nature comes out.
