Forrest is the worst builder. Zero respect for the surrounding homes and the people who live there, hires disrespectful workers, trash everywhere, takes years to finish crappy houses, has lawsuits against him, half his workers quit and complain. I know a lot of builders and the way he does business and treats the people who live in this community...no wonder he has such a bad reputation. He does not deserve the star. Only way to post.

I have never felt the need to renovate my home until a few years ago then I got the bug to jump in and do it. I kept my eyes out, listened and read about different approaches and companies. I decided, through a friend, to check out Inhabiture. Sustainable materials, eco friendly and a one stop shop, per se. I love my newly remodeled home and I think it's because as we moved through the various stages of the project I was kept informed not only by the owner but by their competent staff. I was aware the entire time, which is a good thing because i like to be involved. The best part is they got me back in my home right on time. Thank you Inhabiture.

Inhabiture operates under the ownership of Forrest Linebarger (who operates under a number of other names as well). We contracted with Inhabiture and Forrest a couple years ago for a kitchen/dining remodel. Huge mistake. Cost way more than it should have and took 3x longer than planned, with an astonishing lack of transparency, honesty, and competence. We ultimately fired him and ended up in arbitration where it was determined that Forrest had deceived us about the markup he would charge, retained a deposit unlawfully, and had to refund for numerous areas of defective work. In my opinion, Inhabiture and Forrest operate very dishonestly.
