Adam is a terrific personnel trainer, always focused on my goals and well being. I started working with Adam 4 years ago after my daughter pointed out my impressive belly during a family vacation. As an engineer, I spend a lot of time sitting so I had back pain, poor posture, limited flexibility and a pot-belly on a 125 pound body. With 3 sessions a week, Adam has eliminted my pack pain, increased my shoulder mobility, greatly improved my posture and reduced my belly. I look forward to each workout session as Adam is always bringing new challenges to help me improve my strength and stability.

Answer to Adam: Google prompted me to rate this place today. Since I worked with one of the trainers in your studio before the pandemic started, I gave my rating. I didn't work with you, but I chatted with you while I was there. I have to say: you're much nicer when interacting in person.

I've had 6 trainers, and Adam is the best trainer I've had! He's good at motivating me, telling me to focus on the long term goal. He adjusts my workout plans according to my goal, sometimes it's losing fat, sometimes gaining muscle. He gives me tips on nutrition and diet and how to workout at home. He's a very responsible and professional trainer and business owner. The gym is always clean and in good condition. Highly recommend!
