“I recently had the pleasure of working with Bay 101 Roofing Company, and I am thrilled with the final results! This is the third roof I replaced in my life; Bay 101 was night and day from the other two companies I’ve used in the past. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Not only did his team complete the job efficiently, but he also communicated effectively, keeping me informed about each step, from the first appointment to permits and all the way until the final city inspections.

The whole on-site team that completed the work was terrific! I always feel it’s a “night and day” kind of situation between the sales and labor teams. However, this was far from the truth here. The on-site workers were super hardworking, efficient, and respectful. On top of this, they kept the worksite clean, which helped lower my stress.

“There are alot of good roofers in the San Francisco East Bay but Tri-City Roofing in Fremont deserves an A+. Needing a roof replacement I did a thorough internet search of local roofers and invited proposals. I selected five who conducted inspections and submitted bids. Of the five, Tri-City submitted the most complete and concise proposal. On day one the crew arrived on time and completed the removal. On day two a different crew arrived on time and finished complete installation about eight hours later. Much to our delight, except for the new roof in place you couldn't tell how much work had actually been done - they're that careful about cleanliness. Total project cost was right in line with what was budgeted. If your house needs roof work give them a call.“

“Dale and his crew at L&L Gutter Service removed and replaced all of the old gutters on my residence in February 2008. I had 3 estimates from different companies and chose the lowest, which was L&L. The old galvanized gutters were installed 20 years ago by another company and L&L's job was superior in their attention to detail and neatness. They took the time to make the gutter installation look professional and mounted them correctly. (unlike the old gutters) L&L also provided quick and professional service AFTER the job was completed and paid for. I called them up and asked for some additional custom modifications and they responded quickly after the initial call to help out with my special request.
